Year 5 and 6 work
5 weeks left of school!!! To keep my year 5s and 6s motivated with their art I made a board with pictures of possible projects they could do. I used pictures from this year and last year.
Preps Learn to Weave
Preps were inspired by nature and animals that weave.
I was lucky that preps have had experiences in weaving during investigations in their classrooms so there were little to no breakdowns in each class. We weaved the first day and decorated using texts the next class. Some preps really blew me away with their colouring skills.

This Little Gem
I had some of my kids sharpen pencils for me... and one girl said that she wanted to take a picture of her pencil shavings because it was arty. Magic.
I take 4 (year 3 and 4) classes to the college campus (which is a 5 minute walk from our school) and I was asked to put up some of their art exhibition. Since the art show is on week 4, students only managed to do the metal embossing and printing. Thankfully I had some prints left from last term.
